The 52nd annual Elks National Free Throw/Northwest Local “Hoop Shoot” is scheduled for Thursday at the Warren YMCA.

Registration will begin at 11 a.m. with the competition at noon.

There is no fee, but registration is mandatory. Youth participants are asked to bring a copy of a birth certificate as proof of age (as of April 1, 2024). The competition is for boys’ and girls’ divisions in age groups 8-9, 10-11, and 12-13.

Division winners advance to district competition.
