Southwestern’s Renee Jimenez ERA defeated Bemus Point 12-9 in 10U softball.

The Offensive Players of the Game for Southwestern were Braeya Smith and Tessa Rounds, while the Defensive Players of the Game were Angie Piazza and Eden Heintzman.

The Offensive Players of the Game for Bemus Point were Charlotte Kent and Sienna Reynolds, while the Defensive Players of the Game were SJ Reynolds and Emersyn Conroe.

Tanner Olmstead singled home Nick Sweet to give Cassadaga the 2-1 walk-off win over Brocton in District 38 Senior Little League 13-16.

Cassadaga received strong pitching from Sweet, Jackson Crowell and Owen Meyers, who combined for 15 strikeouts, while walking four and allowing just two hits. Cassadaga also received hits from Sweet, Crowell and Brody Hawkins.

Brocton pitchers Eric Pryll, Mike Garcia, Jeremy Weisner and Nate Laurito allowed four hits, and combined for 14 strikeouts and five walks.

Owen Pryll and Eric Pryll had hits for Brocton and the lone run was Laurito’s steal of home in the top of the first inning.

Hannah Evans smacked a home run to help lead Falconer 1 Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union to a 24-10 victory over Panama Neil’s Propane in Southern Tier Girls Babe Ruth 12U Softball.

Offensive Players of the Game were Zoey Benson for Falconer and Marlie Seekings for Panama.

Defensive Players of the Game were Emma Ribaudo for Falconer and Daisy Sheldon for Panama.

Moore’s Auto defeated Trav’s Auto 9-5 in Falconer Major League action.

Carter Bastedo and Lucas Arrance combined for 10 strikeouts as Moore’s pulled out the win. Zack Stoll and Arrance both had singles and a RBI.

Theo Krenzer, Colton Smith and AJ Stewart all had hits for Trav’s Auto.

Jena Lawton scored three times, Scarlette Horvath hit a double and Lily Sawatis singled for the Fillies.

Madison Trotter Singled and Ryleigh Eckman scored twice for Frewsburg.

The Southwestern Gladiators 11U Travel Baseball Team defeated South Buffalo 18-5 and then 13-7, on top of beating Tonawanda 24-7.

In the wins over South Buffalo, Brysen Thayer had four singles and 2 RBIs, Ryan Burnett had two singles and 3 RBIs, Ethan Smrekar had a double and 2 RBIs, Austin Bushey had a double and a RBI, Gage Olmsted had two singles, Collin Carlson had a single and 2 RBIs, and Nolan Truver and Bennett Larson each added a single.

In the win over Tonawanda, Bushey had a double and two singles with 4 RBIs, Thayer had three singles and 2 RBIs, Smrekar had three singles and a RBI, Burnett had a double and a single and 2 RBIs, Truver and Carlson each had two singles and 2 RBIs, Alexander Olson and Tage Mazzurco each had two singles and a RBI, Remington Smith and Olmsted each added a double, and Jeramie Rodriguez had a RBI single.
