The Kinzua 10U-Warner soccer team finished an outstanding season Saturday, defeating a tough Northwest team from Westfield, New York, 4-3.

Logan Ristau earned a hat trick, with assists from Eddie Abplanalp and Blake Peterson. Eddie Abplanalp also netted a goal with a perfectly-placed direct kick. Northwest came on strong in the second half and Kinzua was missing strong defensemen Colin Blair and Kameron Tonsing, but Jack Abplanalp, RJ Frederick, Karsen Frederes, Jackson Warner and Eddie Abplanalp held them off with both Jack and Eddie Abplanalp taking turns in the net and on the field.

Brody Vanguilder, Seth Wiltsie, Jackson Wadlow, Ristau and Peterson kept up the offensive pressure to help secure the win.

This game capped an undefeated season for the boys, winning all eight season games and one friendly, outscoring opponents 59-8.
