Kevin F. Moorehouse

He was born on July 31, 1949 in Detroit, MI, the son of the late Frederick Moorehouse and Elizabeth Branks.

Kevin was a graduate of Warren Woods high school and later attended Wayne State University. He was employed by Pheonix Metal prior to retirement.

Kevin was a member of the Jamestown Moose and the Busti Men’s Association (BMA). He was an avid reader and loved all animals, especially his cats. Kevin never let go of his Michigan roots as he loved watching and cheering for the Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Red Wings.

Surviving are his long time companion, Marsha Grey and her children; two brothers, Bruce (Sue) Moorehouse of Rochester Hills, MI, Joe (Marsha) Moorehouse of Ann Arbor, MI; and a sister, Ann Moorehouse of Rochester, MI. He will always be remembered as Grandpa Kevin to Olivia, Zoey, Paxton and Sawyer Grey.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

As per Kevin’s wishes, visitation will not be observed.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
