A Corry attorney is facing four felony charges after allegedly attempting to meet with an underage female to have sexual relations. Delbert I. Liller III, 36, of Corry was charged Wednesday with first-degree unlawful contact with a minor – sexual offenses, third-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor – open lewdness, third-degree felony criminal use of a communication facility and third-degree corruption of minors – defendant age 10 or above.
