Times Observer photos by Michael Zabrodsky A two-vehicle accident stopped traffic at about 7:45 p.m. Monday near 2725 Market St. in Warren, Pa. Emergency crews blocked southbound lanes and the northbound turning lane into the Warren Commons shopping plaza. One vehicle sustained major front-end damage while the second vehicle was flipped on its side. There were no other details were available at press time.
