Bowling leagues

Team Esther — Debby Lucks, Blanch Swaney, Bonnie Lester and Kelley Kibbey — won the league championship in the Ladies Church League at Valley Bowling Center.

Bonnie Umpleby led the weekly scores with a 195-531, followed by Cindy Reasbeck (191-514), Marge Peters (203-503), Michele Allen (208-498) and Cheri Wolfgang (177-481). Allen’s 208 was her first-ever 200 game.

Jeff Trohoski’s 195-557 led the Silver Sliders at Valley Bowling Center on April 8.

Dave Jones spun a 189-550, followed by Linda Ross (161-464) and Kellie Dunn (164-439).

On April 15, Trohoske rolled a 246-602, followed by Tom Traub (194-531), Ross (160-442) and Melody Traub (132-380).
