Linda Lore

Linda M. Lore, 69, of Warren, Pa., died at Kinzua Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Warren, Pa., on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, after an extended illness.

She was born Oct. 8, 1952, in Chautauqua County, N.Y. Linda was the daughter of Stuart and Elizabeth Greene Lowe.

She was a longtime resident of Garland, Pa., moving to Warren, Pa., in 2009. Linda was a 1970 graduate of Panama High School and was employed with the Blair Corporation, working in the Irvine Distribution Plant from 1985-97, retiring due to ill-ness. She was a member of the Youngsville American Legion Post 658 Ladies Auxiliary, U.S. Power Squadron and Stateline Draft Horse Club. She enjoyed raising Springer Spaniels and her horses, needle point and gardening.

Linda is survived by her two children: Jaclyn John-son and husband, Eric of Warren, Pa., and Sean Lore and wife, Kimberly of Bunker Hill, W.Va.; four grandchildren: Tyler Johnson, Jadzia Johnson, Kyle Lore and Elyzabeth Lore, several nieces and nephews; one brother, Ronald Lowe of Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel W. “Sam” Lore, who died Nov, 26, 2021, whom she married Oct. 28, 1972, at the Free Methodist Church, Warren, Pa.; one brother, Raymond Lowe.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, Pa., on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, from 11a.m. to 1 p.m., when a funeral service with the Rev. Dale Haight officiating will be held. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, PA 15233. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Corry, Pa.
