Monday plea hearings

The following defendants pled guilty before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse:

¯ Krystal L. Beil, Warren, to simple assault. A count of endangering the welfare of a child was not prosecuted.

¯ Rick Bingman, Titusville, Pa., to DUI: Controlled substances/impaired ability – first offense. Charges of DUI: Controlled substances/Schedule I – first offense ad DUI:Controlled substances/Schedule II or III – first offense were not prosecuted.

¯ Brittany C. Breon, Warren, DUI: High rate of alcohol – second offense and illegal park stand double. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense and vehicular hazard signal lamps were not prosecuted.

¯ Thomas V. Christenson, Warren, to harassment. A count of simple assault was not prosecuted.

¯ Johnny L. Crowley, Warren, to DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, driver required to be licensed, careless driving and general lighting requirements. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, turning movements and required signals, vehicular hazard signal lamps, restraint systems and operating vehicle without valid inspection were not prosecuted.

¯ Keith W. Cyphert, Tidioute, to DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, accident with damage to attended vehicle/property, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, reckless driving, duty to give information and render aid, turning movements and required signals and fail to notify change in address were not prosecuted.

¯ Brian T. Faulkner, Tidioute, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and general lighting requirement. Charges of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and careless driving was not prosecuted.

¯ Christina L. Flasher, Warren, to charges at three dockets. Flasher pled guilty to charges of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of theft by deception. Charges including three counts of receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

¯ Thomas J. Foote, Warren, to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Mark E. Hamilton, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving. Charges including DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, limitations on driving on left side of road and driving on right side of roadway were not prosecuted.

¯ Hunter C. Houser, Clarendon, to firearm not to be carried without a license. Charges of make repairs/sell, etc., offensive weapons and recklessly endangering another person were not prosecuted.

¯ Thomas E. Malone, Warren, to bad checks.

¯ Glenn M. Minnis, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense and required financial responsibility. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – second offense and careless driving were not prosecuted.

¯ Damien L. Parisi, Jamestown, NY, to chargers at two dockets. At one docket, he pled guilty to conspiracy (criminal trespass) and conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking). Charges of burglary – not adapted for overnight, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted. At a second docket, he pled guilty to conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking). Charges of theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) were not prosecuted.

¯ Casey R. Penhollow, Jamestown, NY, to chargers at two dockets. At one, Penhollow pled guilty to retail theft while a count of conspiracy (retail theft) was not prosecuted. At a second docket, Penhollow pled guilty to institutional vandalism while a count of conspiracy (escape) was not prosecuted.

¯ Sharon L. Phelps, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, registration card to be signed/exhibited on demand and turning movements and required signals were not prosecuted.

¯ Roxanne M. Pskowski, Warren, to theft by unlawful taking or disposition. Charges of access device fraud and theft by deception was not prosecuted.

¯ Steven R. Snyder, Warren, to terroristic threats.

¯ Ronda A. Storms, Russell, to retail theft.
