Times Observer photo by Katie Miktuk At approximately 5:30 p.m. Monday afternoon, Pennsylvania State Police and the North Warren Volunteer Fire Dept. responded to a 2-vehicle collision at the intersection of Market Street and Follett Run Rd. No further information was available as of press time, but according to North Warren V.F.D. there were no serious injuries.

City of Warren

Burglary. Colby Neel, 35, of Warren, was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on Sunday, October 27, after officers responded to a report of a burglary.

Possession. A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Sunday, November 10, after officers received a report that a juvenile was in possession of marijuana.

Public Drunkenness. John Crowl, 50, of Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on Monday, November 11, after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male staggering as he walked.

Brokenstraw Twp

Bodily Assault No Weapon. At 10 p.m., Sunday, November 10, Pennsylvania State Police Warren were dispatched to Mead Run Road, Brokenstraw Township, for an alleged domestic incident. A 44-year-old male, of Dunkirk, NY, and a 54-year-old female, of Youngsville, got into a verbal argument that allegedly became physical. The 44-year-old male was arrested and placed in the Warren County Jail on charges filed through MDJ 37-4-01.
