Class reunion Dear classmate: Youngsville High School has a summer tradition you will not want to miss. It is a family reunion-style get-together for all Y.H.S. alumni and guests who have graduated at least 50 years ago. This year, the Y.H.S. class of 1967 will host the honored class of 1968. CCC reunion The 12th Annual “Allegheny Picnic” Reunion celebrating the 86th Anniversary of the Civilian Conservation Corps will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 16, with a brief ceremony honoring our departed CCC boys at the Worker Statue at Warren County Visitors Bureau located on Highway 6/62 just west of Warren. A picnic luncheon will follow at Chapman State Park’s Pavilion #2, approximately five miles from Clarendon. DUI Task Force The Warren County DUI Task Force will have several DUI enforcement details over the 4th of July holiday throughout Warren County. Officers will be aggressively targeting DUI offenders to keep our roadways safe during the holiday season. They ask that drivers plan ahead of time and make sure you always have a sober driver to get you to and from home safely. Well-trained officers will be targeting drug-impaired drivers as well as alcohol impaired. If you observe a suspected impaired driver, call 911.
