Winterfest planning The Warren County Winterfest executive committee will hold a planning meeting at the Chapman State Park Environmental Learning Center (the old park office) at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 8. Winterfest 2020 is planned for Jan. 17-19. All organizations and individuals who plan to be involved in activities should attend, including anyone who may be interested in volunteering for the first time. Those who are interested but cannot attend are asked to contact Ed Atwood at 726-2774 or Wes Ramsey at 726-1441, ext. 5.
