Day for Ladies event

Good News Community Church at 615 Conewango Ave. in Warren invites all ladies to attend A Day Just for Ladies on Saturday. Oct. 14 at 10 a.m. Alice Miller of Millersburg, Ohio, will present a workshop “Living Closely To God.”

Knights band earns honors

The Eisenhower Knights Marching Band was awarded fifth place in group 1A at the Tournament of Bands Competition held at Tyrone High School on Saturday.
