Body found in area of Third Ave. and East St.

City of Warren Police confirmed that an individual was found deceased this morning in the area of Third Avenue and East Street. Police Chief Joe Sproveri said officers responded to the scene for a suspected cardiac arrest. Police subsequently found the individual deceased upon arrival. The body was located outside, Sproveri said, near the site of the recently-demolished East Street school and was believed to have been there overnight.
