Blowing snow could cause driving hazards Monday afternoon
A total of nine to 11 inches of snowfall was typical throughout northwestern Pennsylvania Sunday night.
“The worst of the road conditions are past us as this point,” National Weather Service Meteorologist John Banghoff said.
But, there could still be hazardous conditions in places.
“It will be a little bit breezy this afternoon – with gusts of 30 to 35 miles per hour,” Banghoff said. “Considerations for blowing snow… the fluffy snow that fell… you get winds picking up and blowing snow can result in reduced visibility and some slick conditions.”
