A bicycle accident occurred at Hickory Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Warren on Tuesday evening at 6:45. According to an eye witness, a man wrecked his bicycle, flying over the handlebars and landing on the street. He was taken to the hospital via the ambulance. According to a witness, he was not wearing a helmet.
