After months on a boil water advisory, Tidioute has a new source for clean drinking water.

PA American Water delivered a water buffalo, a mobile water transport container or trailer, to a Tidioute business with 750 gallons of water for the community. Hollow Hill Outdoors agreed to allow the water buffalo to be placed in their back parking lot.

Tidioute residents have had to boil their water since March 18 due to water storage, pressure loss, and turbidity issues.

Hollow Hills Outdoors is located at 148 Main St. in Tidioute.
