One guilty plea was entered, charges were withdrawn against two and one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Hannah M. Irvine, 31, Warren, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. Three traffic offenses were not prosecuted.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

¯ Michael S. Case, 41, Warren. Case had been charged with strangulation. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Jose V. Espinoza, Granite Shoals, Tx. Espinoza had been charged with two counts of DUI. Two traffic violations were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

¯ Jamie S.D. Turner, 27, Erie, Pa., was held for court on charges including two counts of possession with intent to deliver, corruption of minors and recklessly endangering another person. Two counts of child endangerment and a count of corruption of minors was withdrawn.
