N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Elizabeth A. Bergstrom, 34, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 14 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on July 17 in Conewango Twp.

Sandra L. Pape, 63, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 15 with retail theft, possession of an instrument of crime with intent and fraudulent traffic – SNAP program from an incident that occurred on July 2 in Conewango Twp.

Elk Twp.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched on Sept. 2 to the area of Norman Road for a report of a vehicle theft. Troopers were informed that a motorhome had been stolen the night before. It was later found in Randolph, NY by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Troopers say the case is currently under investigation.

Mead Twp.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the Budget Lodge Motel on Aug. 19 after the owner had reported discovering three syringes in a room after checkout. The syringes were seized and put into office at the state police barracks.
