C. Warren County — District Judge Raymond Zydonik

DUI. Rene E. Becerra, 57, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 12 with two counts of DUI and eight traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 9 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Jamie L. Lindemuth, 43, Russell, was charged by City of Warren police on May 10 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on March 17 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Theft. Dakota M. Proestler, 23, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 15 with theft from an incident that occurred on Jan. 26 in Pine Grove Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

Criminal mischief. Amber L. Theuret, 33, Warren, was charged by Youngsville police on May 15 with criminal mischief — damage property from an incident that occurred on April 19 in Youngsville Borough as well a count of flight to avoid apprehension for an offense dated Jan. 19.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Theft. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a theft of road signs stolen from Lauger Road near Murray Hill Road in Brokenstraw Twp. between 2 p.m. on April 28 and 8 a.m. on May 1. Taken were four orange road cones and two “work area ahead” signs. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
