A Warren man facing a litany of charges for conduct including rape, aggravated assault and attempting to fill a woman’s house with gas from the stove entered not guilty pleas in county court Thursday morning.

Joseph L. Armstrong, 37, faces charges at four separate dockets.

At one, charges include rape, aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct and at a second burglary, aggravated assault, causing catastrophe, strangulation, criminal mischief and terroristic threats.

The remaining two dockets include charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and harassment as well as simple assault and harassment.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Brian M. Parker-Zortman, 22, Sugar Grove, to DUI and careless driving. A count of DUI and three traffic violations were not prosecuted.

¯ Nancy E. Powell, 35, Jamestown, NY, to access device fraud and unauthorized use of an access device. Two counts of access device fraud and a count of theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.

¯ Travis L. McIntyre, 41, Youngsville, Pa., to retail theft. A count of defiant trespass was not prosecuted.

¯ Tammy L. Swartz, 54, Warren, to DUI and obedience to traffic control devices. A count of DUI and three traffic violations were not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

¯ Jessica L. Bailey, 37, Clarendon. Bailey has been charged with DUI and three traffic violations.

¯ Michael Baxter, 37, Russell. Baxter has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations.

¯ Travis J. Fuller, 24, Rochester, Pa. Fuller has been charged with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation.

¯ Jamie N. Nelson, 40, Tiona. Nelson has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

¯ Joshawa M. Rogers, 37, Warren. Rogers has been charged with two counts of recklessly endangering another person, possession of drug paraphernalia and person not to possess a firearm.
