The following sentences were handed down by Judge Gregory Hammond on Friday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Justin A. Anderson, 31, Jamestown, NY, to 143 days to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 143 days time served, $1,493.35 in restitution and a no trespass order at Walmart, $625 in fees, 40 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of conspiracy (retail theft).

¯ Bruce D. Campbell, 42, Clarendon, to 14 to 28 months incarceration in state prison, $475 in fees, to undergo drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations and comply with recommendations and submit a DNA sample on a count of conspiracy (contraband/controlled substance) as well as nine to 18 months incarceration on a count of conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver). He was sentenced to two years probation at a second docket on a count of resisting arrest.

¯ Travis A. Croce, 33, Las Vegas, to one year probation, $500 in restitution, $375 in fees, a 12 month license suspension, 20 hours of community service, to be fingerprinted and comply with drug and alcohol recommendations on a count of accident involving damage to attended vehicle as well as $245 in a count of driving without a license.

¯ Nicole S. Matha, 49, Warren, to two days to one year incarceration with credit for two days time served, $475 in fees, 20 hours of community service and compliance with treatment recommendations on a count of possession of a controlled substance as well as one year probation, $100 in fees ad 20 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
