Preliminary hearings held in county court
Two guilty pleas were entered while four pleaded not guilty during preliminary hearings held recently at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following pleaded guilty:
¯ Samantha J. Graham, 27, Centerville, Pa., to possession of a controlled substance and obscured plates. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and improper sunscreening were withdrawn.
¯ Joshua J. Walter, 37, Tidioute, to possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and duties at stop signs were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
¯ Wesley F. Boozer, 50, Russell. Boozer had been charged with theft by unlawful taking. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Steven A. Denardi, 50, Warren. Denardi had been charged with terroristic threats. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Miles K. Manross, 37, Clarendon. Manross had been charged with DUI, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.
¯ Kyra C. McCune, 32, Corry, Pa. McCune had been charged with simple assault and harassment.
¯ Damien M. Brown, 28, Warren, was held for court on charges including two counts of DUI, a speeding violation, careless driving and driving on a suspended license.
