The following pleas were entered before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Nichole L. Bartlow, 36, Jamestown, NY, to retail theft. A count of defiant trespass was not prosecuted.

¯ Zachary E. Battko, 30, Clarendon, to simple assault. Charges of strangulation and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Brian Bean, 42, Corry, to fraud to alter/forge/counterfeit a title, registration or insurance, driving on a suspended license DUI related, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and fail to notify of change in address. Charges including two counts of possession of a controlled substance and five additional traffic violations were not prosecuted.

¯ Caleb Brannon, 41, Warren, to DUI and follow too closely. Two additional counts of DUI were not prosecuted.

¯ Damon J. Cochrane, 29, Warren, to tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, DUI and driving on a suspended license. Charges of resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation were not prosecuted.

¯ Joseph E. Duffy, 58, Russell, to DUI and careless driving. Flour additional counts of DUI were not prosecuted.

¯ Theodore L. Francisco, 30, Jamestown, NY, to retail theft.

¯ Daniel R. Garcia, 22, Meadville, Pa., to DUI and driver required to be licensed. Charges of possession of marijuana and a speeding violation were not prosecuted.

¯ Joseph A. Kingsley, 19, Warren, to DUI and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Charges including two counts of DUI and purchasing alcohol by a minor were not prosecuted.

¯ Katie E. Kramer, 38, Youngsville, to retail theft.

¯ Raymond H. Miller, 49, Warren, to DUI and driving on roadways laned for traffic. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

¯ Scott W. Milnes, 33, Warren, to DUI. An additional count of DUI was not prosecuted.

¯ Danielle M. Walters, 34, Sugar Grove, to DUI and four traffic violations. Charges of endangering the welfare of children, DUI and three traffic violations were not prosecuted.

¯ Joseph R. Wees, 40, Warren, to retail theft. An additional count of retail theft was not prosecuted.

¯ Aaron S. Whitford, 29, Pittsfield, to charges at three dockets including possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of DUI and careless driving. Charges including two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, DUI and a traffic violation were not prosecuted.

¯ Andrew A. Wright, 34, to DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license DUI related. Charges of possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license were not prosecuted.
