Simple assault. Turston J. Bullock, 23, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 12 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Jan. 9 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

DUI. James L. Connolly, 45, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 12 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Sept. 3 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Logan N. Bellardo, 24, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 18 in Pine Grove Twp.

DUI. Sam J. Hornacky, 19, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Nov. 25 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Robert F. Oberst, 38, Franklinville, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 12 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Aug. 20 in Clarendon Borough.

Simple assault. John S. Brown, 57, North Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 12 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Dec. 26 in Conewango Twp.

Erie Co.

Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies with the assistance of the Corry Police Department arrested Richard Livingston, 31, Corry, on Monday at 8 p.m. on a supervisor’s warrant from the probation department. Deputies say Livingston was placed in the county jail pending further court action.
