A costume parade is set for Saturday at 11 a.m. in downtown Warren as part of a Children’s Interactive Festival happening on Second Ave. from Liberty St. to the fountain. The lineup for the parade will occur at the fountain and the parade will kick off the day’s events at 11 a.m. The event is part of a National Free Comic Book Day event that will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
