The Snell Family Foundation, Inc. has approved $5,000 in total scholarships for 2023 graduates from all five Warren County schools.

All 2023 graduating seniors are encouraged to apply, as the chosen applicants will not be solely based upon grade point average. Foundation co-founder, Jeremy Snell stated that the goal of the organization has been to help give youth more opportunities in life and that he is hopeful these scholarships will help with the next step.

To be taken into consideration, all applicants must include, a minimum of one brief recommendation letter from a current teacher, high school transcript showing a 3-year cumulative grade point average, a brief statement about your previous or current work experiences, state any challenges you had to overcome, the college, university, trade, or vocational school you plan to attend, and anything that you passionate about and why.

Scholarships will be awarded regardless of race, creed, color, sex, or religion. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Applications can be mailed to The Snell Family Foundation, Attention Scholarship Committee, 625 S. State Street, Warren, Pennsylvania 16365.
