Clean up day is

April 30

A spring clean up day for Pine Grove Township residents will be held from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 30, at the township garage. No hazardous waste, liquids, paints, solvents, thinners, chemicals, oils, bio-medical waste, tires, batteries, freon units or recyclable items will be accepted. Driver’s licenses will be check to verify township residency. The cost will be $10 for cars and $20 for pick-up trucks and trailers.

The Warren High School class of 1959 will meet for lunch at 302 Pub & Eatery (formerly RalphE’s) at noon Thursday, April 14. Spouses and guests are always welcome. Parking is available in the rear behind Cornerstone.

The Warren High Class of 1957 will meet at 12:30 p.m. today at Days Inn of Warren — TACO Inc — Mexican Bar & Grille.

Series continues April 22

The Warren County Conservation District My Pal and Me series “Bobbers and Buddies” edition, catch-and-release fishing, will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 22, at the Hatch Run Conservation Demonstration Area pond off of Hatch Run Road. No fishing experience is required and equipment will be provided. Space is limited to 20 kids with their buddies – a parent, guardian, grandparent, or adult sibling. Those who would like to participate must call (814) 726-1441 no later than 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 20.
