Severe weather forced the Warren County School District, and others, to cancel school Tuesday and with that cancellation came another round of sports postponements. All five events scheduled for Tuesday were either postponed, or cancelled outright. Sheffield and Ridgway were set to meet on the hardwood for both boys and girls games, both games were postponed and will be made up today. The girls travel to Ridgway, while the boys host the Elkers. ST. MARYS, Pa. – Warren wrestling traveled to St. Marys on Monday in its road finale and came away with a hard-fought 35-30 victory. The Dragons got a pin from Billy Anderson at 285 and a 3-0 decision from John Fankhouser at 152. Ryan Madigan also won a 4-3 decision in a showdown with St. Marys’ Marco Paropacic at 126. “We are always happy with a win.
