Warren girls soccer claims first District 10 title in program history

WATERFORD, Pa. – Sawyer Mohney's overtime game-winner off of a free kick lifted the Warren Lady Dragons to the first District 10 title in program history, 3-2 over Meadville on Wednesday at Fort LeBoeuf High School. Mohney's goal came just moments into overtime, with the teams trading goals in both the first and second half. With the win, the Lady Dragons advance to the PIAA Class 3A championships, where they will meet whoever wins the WPIAL title game between Mars or Plum. The first round will be on Tuesday.
