Get going on brakes Dear Editor, I have noticed many skid marks on only one side of a vehicle. Why? Because apparently brakes are not working or are out of adjustment. What happened to the PennDOT or federal DOT? How about the police? Someone is not doing maintenance. I maintained a fleet in Warren County for 33 years. Important point missing Dear Editor, I read a recent editorial (June 10), while scratching my head. You mentioned the primary turnout of 30% Republicans and 27% Democrats as low, and prognosticated that fall turnout will have far more persons voting. As I recall, your newspaper had many articles about the large number of requests at the court house for mail-in ballots. My husband and I are senior citizens, and voted by mail. Matter of fact, everyone we know voted by mail. I thought it odd that your entire editorial about voter turnout on Primary Day, during a pandemic, never ...
