A Russell man faces felony burglary charges from a disturbance at a South Main Street residence in Sheffield last month. Ivan F. Smith, III, 32, 796 Priest Hollow Road, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police in the wake of the incident. Man pleads in crash that struck Amish buggy
