Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police say that a gray LG phone in a black OtterBox case was turned in to the police on July 6. The phone, with Cricket service, was found in the area of 2849 Cobham Park Road. Anyone looking to claim the phone is asked to call the barracks at (814) 723-3600.
