Mr. and Mrs. Francis and Antoinette Swarts of Valley Center, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Amy Davidson of Warren, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Frances Swarts and Charles Joshua Davidson.

Frances is a 2013 graduate of Canyon Crest Academy. She is currently attending D’Youville College in Buffalo, N.Y., and will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in May 2019.

Joshua is a 2011 graduate of Warren Area High School. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran and is employed with the Department of Homeland Security as a United States Customs and Border Protection Officer in Derby Line, Vt.

A July 6, 2019, wedding is planned in Charlotte, Vt. The couple will reside in Derby, Vt., following the ceremony.
