Jaquay takes 120-pound title at Tool City

MEADVILLE, Pa. – Eisenhower’s Logan Jaquay is a Tool City champion. On Saturday, the unbeaten EHS senior pinned Titusville’s Zach Rodgers in their 120-pound semifinals at the 3:21 mark, and followed that up with a most impressive 8-6 decision over North Allegheny’s Dylan Coy. The senior and top-seed at 120 earned a pair of falls to punch his ticket to the final four. “Logan looked good in making it to the semis,” said Eisenhower coach Kris Black. CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS, Pa. – In a back-and-forth battle, the Eisenhower Knights grinded out a 45-35 Region 3 victory on Thursday at Cambridge Springs. “It was good to be back on the mat,” said Eisenhower coach Kris Black. “We’ve been off since STWOA and we were able to work on some different things.
