Hole-in-one

Jackson Valley Golf Course member Scott Lauffenberger scored his first hole-in-one on Sept. 22. The ace was made on hole No. 12, using a 7-iron from 148 yards. The hole-in-one was witnessed by his daughter, Allie.

Bowling leagues

Tom Traub rolled a 212-581 to pace the Rusted Nutz Garage League at Valley Bowling Center.
