LAKEWOOD, N.Y. — John Blum had the low gross of 36, while Bob Downy had the low net score of 30 in the Youngsville Senior Golf League at Maplehurst Country Club on June 16.

Other gross scores were Tim Sandberg 37, Al Ludwick 40 and Jim California 41, notable net scores were Rick Preston with 31 and Bob Saunders with 33.

There were 15 birdies this week, but Art Ward and Blum scored eagles.

Team scores are Ward with 150.5, Cerrie 142.5, Yucha 141.5, Sandberg 139 and Van Guilder 136. Bob Downy scored the most points this week with 8.5.

Other notable gross scores were John Blume 38 and Rod Korbar 41, while notable net scores were John Siwinski 32, Wm Kowk 32, Jim Chapman 33, Tom Messinger 33 and Ken Teats 34.

Birdies were scored by Korbar, Art Ward, Blume, Tim Hulquist, Bubbs Smith and Terry Jackson. Tom Messenger was the top scorer of the week with 9 points.

WARREN, Pa. — Joe Saber/Jeff Flanders and Mickey Caldwell/John Weber both scored the high team points of 19 in the Stableford League at Jackson Valley Golf Course.

Rick Gignac/Gary Weber added 18, while Jim Grosch/Craig Tidrick scored 16.

The high individual points were Tom Moyer/Shane Flannery/Joe Saber with 12 points, while Rick Gignac/John Schuyler/John Weber had 11.
