Deadlocked through two innings, Calvert Pearson pulled away to beat Superior Tire and Rubber 11-6 Monday night.

Setting the tone for Calvert Pearson, Janson Walter’s reached base safely in all four plate appearances, going 2 for 2 with a double and four runs scored. Zane Getner went 2 for 4 with two RBIs and two runs scored. Trae Cradduck knocked in three runs and scored once.

With a game-high three hits, Marcus Williams had a triple and scored three of Superior Tire and Rubber’s six runs. Charles Sienkiewicz went 2 for 3, knocking in two runs. Landon Coppersmith added a hit, while also making a nice grab in shallow right field.
