Conner Rockwell and Waylon Holden combined on a no-hitter, and Russ Holden Well Service scored the game-winning run on steal of home to hold off Dahlstrom Roll Form 3-2 in a Little League Minors baseball season opener.

Holden, Mason Richards, Cadden Grinnell, Dane Richards and Carson Lord had a single apiece for the winners.

Luke Baxter and Max Papalia shared the pitching duties for Dahlstrom Roll Form in a game that featured 34 strikeouts between the hurlers from both teams.

Area Agency of the Aging improved to 2-0 following a 10-3 victory over Betts Jackson-Allegheny Prints in a Majors Division game.

Leading the way for the winners was Wesley Wilcox, who struck out 12 in four innings on the mound and joined Ziggy Haskins with singles in the first inning that helped score Asher Stanton. Stanton scored two of Area Agency of the Aging’s runs.

Wyatt Wilson fanned eight over three innings and helped his own cause with two hits, including an inside-the-park home run, for Betts Jackson-Allegheny Prints.

Carsyn Brandstrom (double) and Josh Pikna both had two hits each as Anderson Construction downed Betts Industries 14-9 in a Junior Division game.

Broc Bryan added a two-run single, Isaac Neal collected an RBI single and Michael Knapp chipped in a base hit in support of winning pitcher Heath Genis.

Nathan Klenowski, Aaron Shene, Cole Fitzgerald and Owen Tipton all had singles for Betts Industries. Shen tossed three strong innings on the mound.

Cameron Energy Company defeated Superior Tire 15-11 in a Minors Division game.
