The Kinzua Youth Development Center (KYDC), home to the Wrestling Club, is pleased to announce a joint initiative between KYDC and Warren General Hospital to support youth in the Warren County community in gaining medical clearance for participation in athletic activities.

The partnership will provide a voucher for physicals at the Warren General Hospital Walk-In Care Clinic located in North Warren, Warren Commons, 2817 Market Street. Vouchers are currently available at the WCSD central office in Russell and will be available at local high schools.

The voucher will be good for one sport physical exam. Parents/caregivers must have a PIAA section six physical examination form with their voucher at the time of evaluation. These will be attached to the voucher upon pickup.

All participants who have some form of insurance should have their medical insurance information available at the time of the examination. KYDC will pay the total cost for those who have no insurance or the difference between the actual cost and one’s insurance benefit.

Again, vouchers will be available at the following schools: Warren, Beaty, Eisenhower, Youngsville and Sheffield.
