Y’Ville boys come up short

The Youngville boys basketball team had its hands full against Commodore Perry on Thursday night, falling 42-27
“We did everything right except score,” stated Youngsville head coach Gregg Blair.
“I never dreamed we would have scored 27 in the game. At East Forest we scored 27 in the first quarter” added Blair as the Eagles put up many shots but could not the ball to drop. Recently at East Forest the Eagles had 50 points in the first half, so struggling getting their shots to go was a big surprise.
Koby Hendrickson led the Eagles with 14 points.
Blair compliments his teams defense and says that there is still work to be done.
Karson Cropp led Commodore with 15 points and Josh Jones had 10.
