Scandinavian folk festival comes to Jamestown on Saturday, Sunday

Jamestown, which had the highest percent of Swedish born citizens of any city in the United States by 1920, will host its 23rd annual Scandinavian Folk Festival at the Northwest Arena on Saturday and Sunday.
