Buffalo man sentenced to jail time

A Buffalo man has been sentenced to between 23 months to three years of confinement after pleading guilty to a felony charge of accessing a device that is counterfeit, altered or incomplete.

Jarrell L. Stewart, 35, of Buffalo, was sentenced to 14 to 24 months of confinement, with credit for 208 days time served, to satisfy a guilty plea to a charge of third-degree felony accessing a device that is counterfeit, altered or incomplete, 9 to 18 months of confinement after pleading guilty to misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking – movable property and 2 to 4 months of confinement after pleading guilty to possessing, accessing a device knowing it is counterfeit, altered. The first two sentences will run consecutively, while the 2 to 4 months will be served concurrently. Stewart was also sentenced to pay $9,746 in restitution.

The charges against Stewart originated in 2021, though Stewart has been in the Warren County Prison on $100,000 bail since Dec. 1. He had initially pleaded not guilty in front of Judge Gregory Hammond. Sentencing took place recently in front of Judge Todd Woodin in the Court of Common Pleas.

Other sentences handed down by Judge Woodin include:

– Autumn Rudolph, 46, of Sheffield was sentenced to six months of probation and a $500 fine after pleading guilty to furnishing drug-free urine – use or attempt.

– Chad McLaughlin, 39, of Tidioute was sentenced to one year of probation and to pay $750 in fines after pleading guilty to a charge of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered. No further penalty was assessed for two traffic violations.

– Devin G. Brown, 23, of Jamestown was sentenced to two years of probation and to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault.

– A bench warrant was issued for Dustin Raulz of Warren. Raulz had previously pleaded guilty to a charge of corruption of minors while a second charge of corruption of minors and criminal trespass/simple trespasser were not prosecuted. Raulz was charged Aug. 11, 2025, by Warren city police after an alleged incident July 30, 2025.

– A bench warrant was issued for Isak L. Riel, 21, of Warren, who had previously pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault while charges of harassment, disorderly conduct engaged in fighting and possession of marijuana were not prosecuted. Riel was charged Sept. 15, 2025, by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 2 in Warren.

– Jason C. Jacobs, 40, of Warren was sentenced to six months of probation and to pay $1,025 in fines after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI: controlled substance – schedule 1 – first offense and a traffic citation.

– Jeremiah H. Wright, 23, of Buffalo was sentenced to 22 days to 18 months of confinement, with credit for 22 days time served, one year of probation and to pay $13,471.81 of restitution after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief – damage property and disorderly conduct engaged in fighting. There was no further penalty for a guilty plea to a harassment charge.

– Krystal L. Bair, 32, of Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to five years of probation after pleading guilty to one count of third-degree felony endangering the welfare of children – parent/guardian/other commits offense while two counts of the same charge were not prosecuted.

– Parker McCracken, 24, of Warren was sentenced to six months of probation and $1,300 in fines after pleading guilty to DUI: controlled substance – Schedule 1 – first offense and a traffic citation.

– Ricky A. Smith, 55, of Northeast, Pa., was sentenced to five years of probation and to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a felony charge of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver.

– Suzie Dahlgren, 46, of Warren was sentenced to one year of probation and a $500 fine after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense.

– Rodney T. Thomas, 36, of Youngsville was sentenced to probation on two dockets. Thomas was sentenced to five years of probation, with credit for 207 days time served, to satisfy one docket and 18 months of probation after pleading no contest to a charge of criminal mischief. The probation will run consecutively.
