RUSSELL, Pa. – A community event bringing together non-profit organizations, service-providing agencies, governmental departments, and churches is scheduled for Saturday..
The Northern Tier Expo will be held at the Warren County School District’s administrative building in Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania. The event is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and aims to serve as an information-gathering smorgasbord for attendees.
“This event is free and accessible to everyone in the community,” stated the Rev. CP Moore from the Wiltsie Community Church. “We are pleased to host this event for the third consecutive year; it brings together various churches, service organizations, government entities, and non-profits – serving as a comprehensive resource and informational gathering.””
Moore said that attendees can look forward to complimentary food, beverages, snacks, and entertainment. The event will feature a variety of vendors, showcasing the diverse programs and services offered by each organization.
“This event aims to assist people by connecting them with valuable resources and support,” stated Moore. “We are not attempting to reinvent the wheel; rather, we are creating a centralized space where various agencies can offer their help. Additionally, the event will feature a touch-a-truck experience in the parking lot, allowing attendees to explore and take photos with school buses, police vehicles, fire trucks, and more.”
