Fair queens from across the Commonwealth visited the Capitol last week, including Warren County Fair Queen Jolynn Durlin, according to Rep. Kathy Rapp. “The role of a county fair queen in Pennsylvania goes beyond just wearing the crown,” Rapp said. “From passing out ribbons at livestock shows to promoting the importance of agriculture in our communities, she represents the heart of rural life. Her commitment helps keep our farming traditions strong and celebrated throughout the state.”
