Today is Pride Day in Warren.

The fourth annual Warren County Pride Day is set for today from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Betts Park.

“Warren County Pride Day is staged to both celebrate and support the LGBT community regionally,” according to a statement from the organizers. “The all-ages event will welcome back local emcee Logan Johnson and feature guest speakers, live performers from Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and the regional area.”

Speakers include Margaret Watts with the American Civil Liberties Union at 11 a.m., and Susanna Faulkner at 12:45 p.m.

“This free outdoor event will include costume contests for pets and people, music, a Magic the Gathering table, resource booths, regional artists and craft vendors, and picnic facilities,” organizers explained.

Music and contests — limbo, musical chairs and a costume event — are set throughout the day along with a demonstration by the Enchanted Mountain Roller Derby Team from Olean, NY.

There will also be drag shows held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. in addition to Drag Queen Bingo set for 3:30.

“The event has been organized by local pride supporters and is meant to be an inclusive, all-ages family event celebrating diversity and promoting equality, acceptance, and tolerance throughout beautiful Warren County, Pennsylvania,” organizers added.

Pets are permitted on leashes and food vendors will be available. No alcohol is permitted.

“Bring your lawn chairs and prepare for a fun-filled celebration along the shores of the Allegheny River.”

Starting at $4.00/week.
