Warren man facing aggravated indecent assault charges
A Warren man is accused of plying a 14-year-old girl with drugs and alcohol and having sexual contact with her.
Ryan A. Lindell, 41, of Warren, is charged with aggravated indecent assault — without consent; aggravated indecent assault — complainant less than 16 years old; indecent assault — without consent; one felony count of corruption of minors; and two misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors; indecent assault — person less than 16 years of age; and two counts of furnishing alcohol to minors.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, the alleged victim was babysitting at Lindell’s house.
Pennsylvania State Police the alleged victim reported that Lindell had given her alcohol before having sexual contact with her in February.
According to the affidavit, the alleged victim had evidence of the assault, including messages from Lindell saying that he was sorry.
She also told police that a similar incident had taken place two years previous, according to the affidavit.
A second alleged victim was also interviewed, according to the affidavit, saying Lindell had done similar things to her more than once.
Lindell was arraigned Thursday by District Judge Laura Bauer and taken to Warren County jail after failing to post $50,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 12.
