“It’s everything Warren County School District… in your pocket.”

Warren County School District has a new website.

The site is still located at www.wcsdpa.org.

It looks familiar – the same photo of the central office building as on the home page.

But there are functionality upgrades.

“We just transferred over to a new website,” Coordinator of Technology Jen Dilks said. “It’s a three-in-one. We used to have three different products.”

The district website, mobile app, and call blast system are now on the same platform.

“Apptegy provides all those features in one product,” Dilks said. “It’s going to increase communication with the community.”

“You can receive notifications whenever anything is posted,” she said. “Anyone in the community can follow it.”

“Parents have the ability to choose which school or schools they want to follow when downloading the app,” she said.

If Dilks has an important message to get out to people, “I have the option to post it to the school website, posting it to the school Facebook page, sending it as a call blast or a text message, in addition to an app notification,” she said.

“The admins are able to download the app on their phone so they are able to post on the run,” Dilks said. “If they are at a football game, they can just post from there.”
