Beaty’s student of the week for Jan. 17 is fifth grader Blake Mowrey who was nominated by Ms. Samonsky because he always has a positive attitude and is willing to help his classmates. Blake always greets her warmly with a smile upon entering the classroom and he never leaves class without saying have a great night. Blake’s positive attitude is contagious, and he has a way of making those people around him very happy.
