Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are seeking information about a hit-and-run crash in Sugar Grove Twp. that caused a serious injury.

Police say the incident occurred on Dec. 19 at 4:23 p.m.on Jackson Run Rd.

A Sugar Grove Twp. woman was operating a burgundy GMC pickup and was “struck by and then forced off the roadway by a large truck. Most likely a commercial vehicle.”

Police say the vehicle continued driving north without stopping. They report that the woman’s daughter was in the vehicle and that she was “seriously injured.” A juvenile granddaughter was in the vehicle and not injured.

Troopers say the vehicle should show paint transfer and damage to the passenger side of the vehicle.
